With its exceptional 10 apartments, its modern heated outdoor pool and extensive garden and terrace areas, Mira-Mare residence guarantees distance and privacy.
Not only people who are on vacation are very welcome.
We also offer a very good atmosphere and infrastructure for people, who want to work or who would like to stay longer in low seasons.
Housekeeping and Specials
Cleanliness and hygiene are very important for us. You should feel safe and healthy. In every apartment and suite you will find towels, linen, a hair dryer and shower towel. Also there is hand soap, shower gel, shampoo and conditioner as well as dish soap and disinfectants.
Every day your bed will be made by our housekeeping ladies. Bed linen is changed every week and towels every 3 days. Final cleaning is included in the rate.
If you need extra hours cleaning, please let us know, we will organize for you this service. The price per extra hour will be charged with 20 €.
Restaurant and pizzeria
You are not in the mood to cook for yourself.
Next to our residence Mira-Mare Residence you find the restaurant Settimo Cielo (closed on Monday) with the same amazing view from its large terrace.
You will love their offer of typical Ligurian food and very good pizzas from the wood fired oven. You can sit inside the veranda or outside on the terrace overlooking the ocean.
Shopping
From this year we have made ourselves available to our guests by giving them the possibility of finding a small shopping list in their room on arrival so that they can start “savouring” their stay at MiraMare Residence from the very first moment.
For this reason you will receive at the moment of your booking an email with “The shopping list”: all you have to do is to fill it in according to your needs and send it back to us within the deadline and we will make sure you will find it in your flat at your arrival. Shopping Malls in the City Center: Le Terrazze or Esselunga.
Big shopping malls are in the center of town (Le Terrazze – Esselunga) and also the fresh food market could be a good choice (Piazza del Mercato – La Spezia).
Communication
Whether you are on vacation or using Mira-Mare residence as a working place, we offer a “High Speed Wi-Fi Connection without of charge, separate working stations in the apartments, adapters and sockets, a print service (30 copies for free) and a mail delivery service
Long-Term Stay/Booking
In low season, between October 15th 2021 and April 1st 2022, we offer you the possibility to rent one of our beautiful apartments overlooking the sea on a long term basis and for different conditions and prices.

Transport
Next to Mira-Mare residence you find a public bus transport station: Bus n. 28. Four times every day you can take the bus to go to city center of La Spezia and back.
